Cronos AI — Overview
Cronos is the AI copilot inside DreamRoute. It turns intent into a plan and keeps that plan honest.
What Cronos does
Section titled “What Cronos does”- Generate — from a short brief, Cronos drafts a full Mission: phases, tasks, durations, finish-to-start dependencies and a critical path.
- Enrich imports — when you import a Trello board or HighLevel pipeline, Cronos infers the durations and dependencies the source doesn’t carry.
- Assist / review — ask Cronos to analyze an open Mission. It flags risks (missing dependencies, unassigned work, overloaded people, scope gaps) and returns operations you can approve and apply in one click.
Usage limits
Section titled “Usage limits”Each user has two independent ceilings, whichever comes first:
- Plan credits — AI actions included with your plan, reset every 30 days.
- Per-user AI budget — a hard spend cap per account per 30 days, as a safety limit.
When either limit is reached, Cronos pauses until the next cycle or an added credit pack.
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”Cronos runs server-side through a managed AI gateway. Your prompts and board content are sent only to the model to produce the response — never exposed to the browser.
